How do I order?
It's easy to order at Thaistuff.com. If this is your first time buying something, you'll want to place items in your shopping cart by clicking on the button and proceed to checkout through the link at the top of every page. All payments and credit cards are processed through PayPal. Payments will appear on you charge card as "CSPHUKET". Computerstuff.net, our on-line retailer, will handle your payment and Thaistuff.com will take care of shipping and handling. For more information check out our ordering & shipping policies.

How do I find what I'm looking to buy?
There are countless products to discover and buy at Thaistuff.com. If you know what you're looking for, simply enter a term or two into the search box you'll find by clicking on our Star Ship. You may also use the Search option found at the bottom of most pages.

How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?
All prices in our store are listed in US dollars. Paypal accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Shopping at Thaistuff.com is safe. Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on your computers browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers. While selecting products and adding them to your Shopping Cart, you are in Non-Secure Mode. After you press the View Cart/Checkout Link, we then switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information. All modern Web browsers support the SSL standard, but the customer can choose to checkout using Non-Secure Mode if necessary.

Do you ship internationally?
We gladly ship anywhere in the world.

How long will it take to get what I order? How much do you charge for shipping?
Usually your artwork will be delivered within 8-10 weeks after your order and payment is received. Freight is $100.00 (USD) on all orders worldwide. Duties and Taxes in your home country are your responsibility. For more information check out our ordering & shipping policies.

What about your returns policy?
Our returns policy is simple. Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item, freight prepaid, in original, as new condition, with its original packaging for a full refund. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Thaistuff.com and freight charges are non-refundable.

How can I track my orders?
You can review the status of any order you have placed with Thaistuff.com. Simply click on the Order tracking service link in the left hand contents panel. From there, you will be able to view or modify any order that has yet to enter the shipping process. For more information check out our ordering policies.

What about the quality of the reproductions?
Your painting will be painted on durable, high quality cotton canvas. As a recreation of how the Old Masters produced their artwork, oil paint imported from Europe is used on a canvas of preferably the original size. These recreations are painted by dedicated Thai artists. In other words, they are not copied by computer or other technical means.

Are the paintings only available in original sizes?
No: Though most paintings are most impressive in their original sizes, this may not be suitable for everyone. That's why we offer you the option to have the reproduction painted in the size of your choice. Just tell us the size you want, and we will give you a quote for a special price as soon as possible.

Is it possible to order reproductions not listed on the web site?
Yes: besides the paintings you can find on this website, it is possible to get a custom recreation of the painting of your choice. Just send us an example of the painting you want, and we will quote you the special price. However, please note that due to copyright laws, this is only possible for works whose artists have been deceased for over 50 years (70 years in Europe), or with permission of the current owner.
